Bring Original Artwork Into Your Space

Rajine the Queen Artistry offers a community-centered art consignment program for local businesses, organizations, and creative spaces interested in showcasing original artwork by Twin Cities–based multimedia artist Rajine Williams.

Through this program, you can display vibrant, Afrocentric, Eclectic artwork in your space at no cost upfront. It’s a partnership built on visibility, connection, and shared value — you enhance your environment, and my artwork reaches new audiences.

🤝 How It Works

  • Display Period: Artwork is placed on display for an agreed-upon period (typically 3–6 months).

  • Ownership: All artwork remains the property of Rajine the Queen Artistry until sold.

  • Sales: If a piece sells, the business or host site receives a commission percentage as outlined in our signed agreement.

  • No Cost to You: There is no fee to display artwork. Both parties benefit only if a piece sells.

  • Insurance: The host agrees to take reasonable care of the artwork while it is on site. If the space carries insurance that covers art or displays, the work should be included under that policy during the display period.

  • Display Responsibilities: The business agrees to provide suitable wall or display space and maintain the artwork in a clean, visible area.

  • Artist Responsibilities: I will deliver, install, and label all artwork, provide digital marketing materials, and remove or rotate works at the end of the term.

💰 Sales & Commissions

When a piece sells through your business or organization:

  • Payment for the artwork is processed directly through Rajine the Queen Artistry.

  • The host receives a commission (usually between 20–30%) based on the sale amount.

  • Once payment clears, the commission is sent to the host within 14 days.

If a customer expresses interest in a piece, simply direct them to me or provide my contact information — I’ll handle the transaction from there.

📦 Delivery, Installation, and Removal

I personally deliver and install all artwork to ensure safe handling and professional presentation. At the end of the consignment term, unsold pieces will be picked up or rotated for new work. If a piece sells before the end of the term, I will coordinate pickup or replacement artwork promptly.
